Initially formed as a fluid musical ensemble, SE has expanded into cultural production, participatory projects, and non-formal education focused on music and the arts.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0SE develops original artistic events and performances, community-based co-creation projects, and educational programs that use music as a tool for youth engagement, social inclusion, and creative development. The organization works with a core team of five staff members and collaborates with freelance artists and educators, led by artistic director Nuno Alves and project development and communication officer Sofia Pancada.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0SE has strong experience in arts-based education and Erasmus+ projects, including Play2Grow and Trainers4Creativity. Its flagship initiative, Escola do Rock Paredes de Coura, is recognized as a best practice in non-formal youth education, fostering artistic expression, cultural exchange and creativity.
